What is Dropshipping?

Dropshipping is an e-commerce model where a store doesn't keep the products it sells in stock. Instead, when a store sells a product, a third party supplier ships it directly to the customer. As a result, the merchant never sees or handles the product.

 

What happens after I purchase a store?

After you have purchased a store, we will transfer the ownership of the store over to you and give you further instructions on how to get your store fully set up, so you will be ready to mmediately start making sales.

 

Suppliers loaction?

We work with suppliers that have warehouses in multiple countries to enable global sales, faster shipping times, and lower product costs.

 

Can I add more products?

Yes, you can add more products after we create and hand over the store to you, or hire us to add more products for you at any time. There's no limit to the number of products that can be added to the store, and your store will be 100% customizable from your end.

 

Are there any additional fees?

ShipMyStore doesn't charge any other fees apart from a one-time payment when you order a store from our website. The other fees you may have are a Shopify monthly subscription of $1, or a domain name registration of $12 per year.

 

Is this suitable for beginners?

Absolutely yes. Our packages are designed to be beginner-friendly, with step-by-step guidance and 24/7 support even after your store is created. We provide thorough documentation and instructions for running your store and ads successfully. We've worked with clients who had no prior experience, and they now run successful stores.

 

Once I get orders, how do I collect the payment?

To collect the payments from your clients, we recommend opening a PayPal and/or Stripe account. These are very easy to open and accept a large number of payment options.

 

Do I need to choose the product or you guys choose it for me?

Your store already comes with the winning product(s). Our marketing team is constantly searching for the next big hitter products based on many criteria developed during recent years. All those products are not yet mainstream so there’s potentially a huge market for them.

 

How will I communicate with my ads manager?

All the communication between you and your dedicated ads manager will occur in text mode via Whatsapp. If you don’t have Whatsapp yet, you can easily create an account or we can easily find another more suitable solution for you.

 

How does the mentoring work?

Our mentoring team will get in touch with you via email and guide you in depth through the entire drop shipping process to help you get your first sale, or to hit your first 5k day.
